The apartments are located on Lake Thun halfway between Thun and Spiez in Einigen. The Bäuert (hamlet) of Einigen forms the largest outlying district of Spiez with 1600 inhabitants.
The two flats are located directly on the jetty in the heart of Einigen.
With its impressive panorama, this place provides peace, strength and relaxation. The landmark of the village is the over thousand-year-old church, which is a listed building.
Directions
Most navigation devices know the address Dorfstrasse 52, 3646 Einigen.
From the Dorfstrasse, at the height of the parking meter, you can drive along the private road to the holiday home. Driving on the private road is at your own risk, no winter service.
Please note that there is only one parking space per flat. Additional vehicles must be parked on the Dorfstrasse for a fee.
Public transportThe flats are easily accessible by public transport from Thun as well as from Spiez with bus no. 1. The possible stops Einigen Dorf and Einigen Teller are both approx. 400m away. There are stairs to climb at the Teller stop.
Arrival / Departure
The apartments are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. We ask that you vacate the apartments by 10:00 AM on the day of departure at the latest.

On June 12, 2023, the two apartments were successfully reclassified by the Swiss Tourism Federation (STV) and awarded the "Comfort Apartment Plus" rating with a 3-star superior rating. They successfully passed the Swiss Tourism Federation's independent inspection in November 2024. No new ratings have been awarded since 2025.
hygiene
Of course, the apartments will be cleaned and prepared for you shortly before your arrival. Nevertheless, our eight-legged spider friends are numerous at the lake and often arrive quicker than you think :-).
As a hygienic and environmentally friendly alternative to the conventional dishwashing sponge, we offer you an upcycled fish net from Fischnetz with Benefits for dishwashing.
We regularly deep-clean all mattresses, and the down pillows and duvets provided are regularly laundered by a cleaning company. For allergy sufferers, we can offer up to three additional synthetic duvets (pillows not included) upon request and subject to availability.
(Storm
The region around the lake is known for its rapidly changing weather. Even locals are continually surprised and amazed by these natural phenomena. The lake offers a wonderful panorama and always provides a refreshing dip, but it also poses dangers. Please take care, show the lake the necessary respect, and pay attention to local reports.
